Eligibility:

To be eligible for the Scholarship,

• Applicants must have achieved Excellence at NCEA Level 2 or a corresponding level in an equivalent university entrance qualification. Applicants with NCEA Level 2 Merit or equivalent may be considered if they are regarded as excelling in a particular area of the selection criteria.
• Applicants must not have been enrolled in a degree programme at any tertiary institute.
• Applicants must be:
  a. Aotearoa New Zealand or Australian citizens; or
  b. holders of Aotearoa New Zealand residence class visas; or
  c. international students1 studying at secondary level in Aotearoa New Zealand.
