Application Requirement: Applicants must have applied for an undergraduate coursework degree at the University of Sydney, with a program duration of no more than four years. This includes degrees that feature embedded honors but excludes combined degrees with postgraduate components.

Eligible Courses: The scholarship is only available to those enrolling in specific undergraduate programs. It does not apply to combined degrees that include a postgraduate section, the Bachelor of Arts (Dual Degree, Sciences Po, France), the Bachelor of Economics (Dual Degree, Sciences Po, France), or degrees involving the Bachelor of Advanced Studies.

Full-time Enrollment: To be eligible, applicants must be enrolled in their chosen degree on a full-time basis.

Second Degree Restriction: Students who are applying for a second degree at the University of Sydney are not eligible for this scholarship.

International Student Status: The scholarship is only available to international students as defined by the Higher Education Support Act 2003. Australian citizens, permanent residents, and dual citizens with Australian nationality are not eligible.

Academic Background: Applicants must have completed secondary education or a foundation program from an Australian institution or a University of Sydney-recognized foundation partner. Applicants who have already undertaken any tertiary education (excluding extension studies as part of Year 12) are not eligible to apply.
