Scholarship value: € 300 each (€ 1,800 in total)
Description: The grants are intended to support international students with special challenges in their studies, e.g. refugees, people with disabilities or chronic illnesses, people with special care situations for children or relatives in need of care.
Eligibility:
- International students enrolled at UdK Berlin (Bildungsausländer*innen)
- with special challenges and life circumstances (at least one characteristic must be fulfilled)-Refugee background,Degree of disability of at least 50% or chronic illness;Caring for underage children in their own household (especially single parents);Caring for 1st and 2nd degree relatives
- Foreign students who also have German citizenship and exchange students are not eligible for STIBET funding.
- Enrolment during the entire funding period is required (summer semester 2025).
