Description: The objective of this fund is to provide financial assistance to a newly admitted student who is undertaking the university studies for the first time by encouraging studies in French or in French Immersion.

Eligibility:

To be eligible, you must:

• be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident or have protected person or refugee status;
• fulfill the admission requirements of the faculty in question (Arts, Engineering, Health Sciences, Science, Social Sciences, Telfer School of Management or the Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section);
• be registered full time*(1), and for the first time, in an undergraduate program in a direct-entry faculty or in the Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section;
• Each term take at least: 9 credits(2) (i.e., 3 courses) taught in French,(3) or 6 credits(2) (i.e., 2 courses) taught in French,(3) or in French as a second language (FLS) if you are in French immersion.
